2.The grievance of the petitioners is that such applications are not considered so far.

3.Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the first respondent/District Collector to consider the respective application of the petitioners seeking widow pension and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
