PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to declare the settlement deeds No.894 and 895 dated 13.07.2012 registered before the 3rd respondent as null and void and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to take action based on the enquiry report submitted by the 2nd 1/4
respondent before the 1st respondent in Na.Ka. No.3125/Aa1/2014 dated 11.12.2014.

ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to declare the settlement deeds No.894 and 895 dated 13.07.2012 registered before the 3rd respondent as null and void and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to take action based on the enquiry report submitted by the 2nd respondent before the 1st respondent dated 11.12.2014.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the private respondents submitted that a suit has already been filed in O.S. No.102 of 2012 on the file of the VI Additional District Court, Dindigul and the same is pending. Therefore, the relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition cannot be entertained .
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, at least, criminal proceedings may be initiated against the erring private individuals. For 2/4
which the Learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] appearing for the 4th respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.01 of 2015 was already registered against the private individuals on the file of the District Crime Branch, Dindigul District, but after investigation 'Action Dropped'.
4. For the reasons stated supra, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
