ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.3547 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.3547 of 2019 from 07.07.2019 regularly. Hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.3547 of 2019 on 11.03.2019 is is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a month i.e on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
