This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge cum (PCR Court), Trichy, to accept the surrender of the petitioners and to consider the petitioners bail Petition on the same day in accordance with law of their surrender in connection with Crime No.886 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Srirangam Police Station, Trichy City, Trichy District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the petitioner has been arrested and therefore, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous.
