Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to direct the respondents to pay the arrears of salary for four months to the husband of the petitioner viz., late S.Kaleeswaren and to pay the subsistence allowance from the date of suspension to till the death of petitioner's husband and to release the money payable under the Ground Insurance Scheme and death benefits to the petitioner as sole nominee on the death of her husband in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2017.

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to release the amount payable to the petitioner under the Group Insurance Scheme and the death benefits, as sole nominee on the death of her husband viz., S.Kaleeswaren, based on her representation dated 27.01.2017.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation sent by her dated 27.01.2017, for the release of death benefits of her husband viz., S. Kaleeswaran, has not been considered so far and hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that such representation would be considered on merits provided the petitioner produces "No Objection Certificate" from other legal heirs.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to obtain "No Objection Certificate" from the other legal heirs so as to get Group Insurance as well as other service benefits and place the same before the concerned respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such certificate placed before the concerned respondents, they are directed to disburse the entire benefits within a period of two weeks thereafter. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
