Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 465, 471, 468, 474 and r/w Section 109 of IPC, in Crime No.845 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner petitioner along with other accused have created the forged document. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner and the defacto complainant are close relatives. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner along with other accused have created the forged document with regard to the joint family property and also submit that the suit is also pending between the parties. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Based on the above said submissions, this Court had granted interim protection to the petitioner with directions, the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily for a period of two weeks and co-operate with the investigation.

6.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner did not appear before the respondent police for investigation.

7. Considering the conduct and the attitude of the petitioners and also the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
