Against the Judgment and conviction made in C.A. No.60 of 2017 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Palani, dated 04.01.2018 confirming the Judgment made in STC No.27 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Palani, dated 19.05.2017.

ORDER:- TThis Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.L.Manivasagam, Advocate for the Petitioner and this Court made the following order:
