ORDER
Though this Writ Petition is filed for a larger relief, seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to revise the seniority of the petitioner, by including his name in the panel fit for promotion to the post of Assistant (Accounts) with reference to the panel prepared and approved in December, 1998 and assign proper seniority to the petitioner and grant him all promotional benefits from the date on which, his juniors were promoted as Assistant (Accounts), along with other service and monetary benefits with statutory interest in the light of his representation dated 23.01.2019, which was followed by a reminder dated 27.05.2019, the learned counsel appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner in the course of his argument, restricted the relief for issuing a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 23.01.2019. 2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the first respondent would consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2019, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks. 3.Recording the abovesaid submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2019 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
