Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would state that he has no objection in allowing the impleading application in I.A.No.159 of 2019 in O.S.No.62 of 2011, provided, if the respondents would file an appropriate application under Order XXII Rule 9 of Code of Civil Procedure and another application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act,1963 to set aside the exparte order before the Court below .

3. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
