Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the second respondent pertaining to its notice bearing Na.Ka.No.A3/1049/2017, dated 15.02.2017 and to quash the same and consequently restraining the respondent from initiating proceedings in pursuant to the notice and pass such further or other orders.
