Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.KARUNANITHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3526 of 2020, dated 26.02.2020.

CRL MP(MD) No.6017 of 2020 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's counsel affected Covid-19 Positive and admitted hospital, hence, the petitioner is unable to surrender before the concerned Court within a stipulated time. Hence, he seeks extension of time.
