ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.2421 of 2019 dated 26.06.2019, by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi (FAC), Pudukkottai District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the confiscation proceedings has been initiated and the same was completed. As such, nothing survives for adjudication in this criminal original petition.

3. By taking note of the same, this criminal revision case stands closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the confiscation order passed by the competent authority in accordance with law.
