Assistants and promoted as Post Graduate Assistants and appointed as the Head Masters of the High School on conversion and consequently to direct the respondents to prepare a combined rotation list excluding those who were initially appointed as B.T. Assistants and promoted as Post Graduate Assistants and appointed as the Head Masters of the High School for promotion to the post of Higher Secondary School Head Masters.
