Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, direction to the respondents to remove the Dhar Road, illegally laid in the petitioner's land situated at Priyanga Nagar, an extent of 9 cents in Re-Survey No.25/1, 29/1 Comprising in house plots 25 and 26 on the western side of Kovil Pappakudi Revenue Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District and also call for the records regarding the illegally laid Dhar road to give compensation to the petitioner to reconstruct the petitioner's land as same in previous stage. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to remove the Dhar Road, illegally laid in the petitioner's land situated at Priyanga Nagar, an extent of 9 cents in Re-Survey No.25/1, 29/1 Comprising in house plots 25 and 26 on the western side of Kovil Pappakudi Revenue Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District and also call for the records regarding the illegally laid Dhar road to give compensation to the petitioner to reconstruct the petitioner's land as same in previous stage. 2/5

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents are laying roads on the petitioner's patta land. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation on 22.02.2025. Despite the same, it has not evoked any response.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and the Government Advocate for the fourth respondent submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 22.02.2025 will be considered and disposed of by the fourth respondent within a period of two weeks.

4. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.02.2025 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
