Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Ka.No.Vu.Se.Po/Sa/KoKo.Ko/A.No.63, dated 13.07.2016 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondents to complete the shifting of High Transmission Electricity Line to some other route from the petitioner's two house plots bearing Plot Nos.22 and 23 comprised in Survey No.32/1B, 32/1A2, 32/4, 33/1C and 33/1E total extent of 6917 Square Feet within Alathoor Revenue Village, Trichy Taluk, Trichy District, within the time limit as fixed by this Court.
