ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 28.11.2024, made in W.P(MD)No.27254 of 2024, wherein this Court has directed the authorities to consider the request of the Management to approve the appointment, in case if the appointment is within the staff fixation order.

2.In compliance of the order of this Court, proceedings have been issued by the first respondent herein on 07.01.2025, rejecting the proposals submitted by the Management.
