O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Though the petitioner has sought a larger relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from re-opening the TASMAC Shop at Vijaya Ragava Mudaliar Chathiram in S.No.174/3, bearing Shop No.10836, at the time of arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders within a time frame.

2. Considering the above, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 03.09.2018 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of, on the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
