Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner representations dated 28.12.2018 and 13.04.2019 and Pay the Dearness Allowance of 125% from 01.01.2016, 132% from 01.07.2016, 136% from 01.01.2017, 139% from 01.07.2017, 142% from 01.01.2018, 148% from 01.07.2018 and the subsequent Dearness Allowances from 01.01.2019 in his salary and also pay the arrears of Dearness Allowances with effect from 01.01.2016 to the petitioners in their salary within the time stipulated by this Court.
