Though served, there is no representation for the first respondent. 3.Mr.S.Suresh Manikkam representing Mr.R.J.Karthick has no objection for allowing this application.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.R.J.Karthick for the second respondent in the cause list, when the revision is listed under the caption 'for admission'.
