Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.732 of 2018, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.11.2024, this Court has passed the following order:

"Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner died and that his son had already filed a protest petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai against the closure report and the same is pending."

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor may be recorded and this contempt petition may be closed.

4.Accordingly, the submission made on 14.11.2024 is recorded and this Contempt Petition is closed.
