Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of impugned proceedings passed by the third respondent police in Na.Ka.No.02/Ka.thu.Ka/Pa.U/2020 dated 06.11.2020 and quash the same and direct the respondent police to allow the petitioner for the Yathra scheduled on 21.11.2020 from Byepass Road Extension via Mayil Rounda to Palani Temple for the devotional of Lord Murugan at Palani Temple, Dindigul District.
