Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, by directing the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the illegal tender and to conduct a fresh tender/re-tender in respect of item No.6-collection of fee at Jaihindpuram daily market, by following the due procedures as contemplated under the Tamil Nadu Tender Transparency Act and Rules, by considering the representation sent by this petitioner dated 27.08.2021.

2. In view of the same, the Writ Petitions are dismissed. The rights of the fourth respondent in both the Writ Petitions are recognized. I am confident that any amount deposited by the fourth respondent as per directions of this Court and which are repayable by the Corporation would be refunded back to the fourth respondent by the Corporation.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
