ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 28.04.2026, whereby the petitioner and other encroachers were directed to remove the encroachments.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that the first respondent had issued a notice dated 12.05.2026.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 12.05.2026, if so advised.
