ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.443 of 2018, pending on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint against the accused persons, alleging that they assured him to get a job for one Veerapandiyakattabomman, in the Southern Railway and obtained Rs,10,00,000/-. Therefore, an FIR had been registered in Crime No.443 of 2018, for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC. Further, he stated that so far, final report has not been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that after investigation, the case in Crime No.443 of 2018 had been closed as 'action dropped' and final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, on 07.06.2019. In this regard, closure report was also sent to the complainant.
