ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.35 of 2021 and file a final report within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The case has been registered, on the basis of the complaint given by this petitioner in Crime No.35 of 2021 on the file of the respondent herein.

3.Reading of the complaint shows that one Balamurugan, who is practising as Advocate, alleged to have received money promising to secure a job in the Courts including this Court. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation is pending and the accused is absconding.

5.Let a copy of the complaint be forwarded to tamil Nadu Bar Council for taking appropriate action against the concerned person. In the meantime, proper efforts must be taken by the respondent to secure the accused and investigate the matter and file a final report, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
