PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8890 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025 in Crime No.1 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8890 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 19 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8890 of 2025, dated 21.05.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, weekly once i.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
