This petition is filed to direct the second respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.161 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent police.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.161 of 2015, which was registered against the accused persons, for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 342, 294(b), 323, 420 and 506(ii) IPC. 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of six years, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police seeks three months time to complete the investigation and file a final report.
