Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SENTHILKUMAR R, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.Thanga Aravindh B,Government Advocate(Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9381 of 2023, dated 24.05.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a week, i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
