This writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the impugned proceedings passed by the 2nd Respondent herein vide in Mava3/36543/17 dated 10.02.2017 (order for refund of deposited license amount for the period from 01.01.2017 to 31.03.2017). The petitioner also sought a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders for refund of the entire amount deposited by the petitioner for the period from 01.07.2016 to 31.03.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to

withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
