ORDER
The revision petitioner got married to the respondent on 27.08.2014. The marital relationship between the parties appears to have come under strain. Therefore, the revision petitioner filed I.D.O.P.No.119 of 2015 before the Principal District Court, Tuticorin, for divorce. In the said I.D.O.P., the respondent herein filed I.A.No.294 of 2015, seeking interim maintenance. The Court below, by order dated 19.07.2018, allowed the same and directed the revision petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- per month, as interim maintenance. This order is questioned in this civil revision petition.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.
3. The amount ordered to be paid by the revision petitioner cannot be said to be excessive by any standard. No case is made out for interference. This civil revision petition is liable to be dismissed and the same is accordingly dismissed, while sustaining https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the order impugned. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
