ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 10.07.2023, and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Judge,Sivagangai vide the letter in D.No.623 /2023 dated 20.10.2023, this Court made the following order:

This matter is listed today under the caption for 'extension of time'.

2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order, dated 10.07.2023, directed the learned Additional District Judge, Sivagangai to dispose the appeal suit 1/3

in A.S.No.10 of 2021 as well as the application in I.A.No.3 of 2022 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. Subsequently, the learned Additional District Judge has submitted a requisition, dated 20.10.2023, stating that the petition in I.A.No.3 of 2023 was dismissed for default and subsequently, the same was restored to file and that the same stands posted to 30.10.2023 for hearing the petitioner side and disposal. But, the Registry has produced the copy of the daily status, wherein it has been stated that the petition in I.A.No.3 of 2023 was dismissed on 02.11.2023.
