O R D E R

This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu, aged about 2 1⁄2 years, seeking for his custody.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the third respondent, who is the father of the detenu is having custody of the child and the child was forcibly taken away from the petitioner.

3. This Court made an attempt to amicably settle the dispute between the parties by referring them to the Mediation Centre, by an order, dated 09.09.2019. 4. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this petition and it will be left open to the parties to agitate their grievance before the appropriate Court and seek for the custody of the child.

5.This Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
