ORDER

The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in Cr.No.160 of 2025 has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation and to file a final report in the said crime number.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the case itself was registered only on 07.03.2025 and they have already examined 6 witnesses and arrested A1. Since it is a technical offence, they need two more months to complete the investigation.

3.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) that they would complete the investigation within two months, this criminal original petition is closed. 12.06.2025 gns 2/4
