ORDER
The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in Cr.No.160 of 2025 has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation and to file a final report in the said crime number.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the case itself was registered only on 07.03.2025 and they have already examined 6 witnesses and arrested A1. Since it is a technical offence, they need two more months to complete the investigation.
