Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to give adequate police protection at 11.00 am. On 16.08.2016 while the Tahsildar, Peraiyur, performing the official duty of demarcation and fixation of boundary in S.No.364/6A, at Soolapuram Village by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2016.

The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to give adequate police protection at 11.00 am. On 16.08.2016 while the Tahsildar, Peraiyur, performing the official duty of the Surveyor to demarcate and fix the boundaries in S.No.364/6A, at Soolapuram Village by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2016.
2.Mr.D.Muruganandham, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that for demarcating the petitioner's property, a direction has been issued by the office of the Surveyor, dated 10.08.2016, calling the opposite parties to be present in the office along with necessary documents to show their claim by stating that the demarcation and fixation of boundary is scheduled on 16.08.2016. Therefore, based on the order passed by the Surveyor, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
10.08.2016, the petitioner seeks police protection.
5. Under such circumstances, as the necessary formalities have already been complied with, the respondents are directed to give protection to the officials, while demarcating the property in S.No.364/6A at Soolapuram Village, either on 16.08.2016 or any other date to be fixed.
With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
