Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate disciplinary action against the 5th respondent for his illegal act of admitting the sale deeds vide deeds Nos.751 & 752 of 2016 in respect of the petitioner's landed properties comprised in Survey Fields Nos.423/2, 436, 435 situated at Vembur Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District by obtaining forged life certificate based on the representation dated 18.11.2016 and 19.01.2017 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
