ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the Court of the Vacation Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur in Crl.M.P.No.2551 of 2023 on 24.05.2023 and permit the petitioners/A1 to A4 to appear before the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in condition No.(ii) in Crl.M.P.No.2551 of 2023, by the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11229 of 2023 Vacation Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, dated 24.05.2023, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation" In respect of other condition, the order of the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, shall remain unaltered. The time for executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
