This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action against the respondent Nos.3 to 6 on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 26.06.2022.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that it is a family dispute and during the pendency of this petition, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.39 of 2022 and the same was closed, advising the parties to workout their remedy through the appropriate civil forum on 26.07.2022. 2/4
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further order is required to be passed in this petition.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
