[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Public Interest Litigation seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 6 to remove the encroachment made by the 7th respondent in Puthukanmai Tank at Survey No.956, Lambalakudi Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that seeking the very same relief, the petitioner has already approached this Court in W.P.(MD).No.7392 of 2006 and this Court has also disposed of the same, vide order dated 07.03.2007. This Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs.
