ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limp of the petitioner and his family members.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and closed on 08.07.2024. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
