This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents No.1 to 3 from interfering with the rights of the parties pertaining to civil dispute between the petitioner and her family and the fourth respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint lodged by the counter party, FIR in Crime No.35 of 2021 on the file of District Crime Branch, Kanyakumari, has been registered, in which, the petitioner is an accused.
