This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5295 of 2024 in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.4797 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4853 of 2024, dated 16.05.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 30 days. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5295 of 2024 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4797 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4853 of 2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and co-operate for the investigation.
