ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, forbearing the respondents herein from in any manner entertaining or registering any documents pertaining to the house property along with lane on the basis of the objections raised by the petitioner vide receipt No.3285/2021 dated 24.08.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the petitioner's representation, the respondents have acted on the representation and not registering the documents.

3. Recording the same, this Court further directing the respondents to conduct an enquiry, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants and also affording an opportunity of personal hearing and thereafter pass appropriate order. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
