RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd Respondent in proceedings R.No.35478/A1/2012 dated 10.02.2017 and quash the same with a consequential direction directing the 2nd Respondent to transfer the bus plying permit in respect of the route TirunelveliKarayar standing in the name of Parijathammal to the name of the Petitioner in the light of the order passed by the 1st Respondent in Appeal No.22 of 2014 dated 24.09.2014.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PORKODI KARNAN, Advocate for M/S.POLAX LEGAL SOLUTIONS, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.CHELLAPANDIAN, Additional Advocate General Assisted by MRS.J.PADMAVATHI DEVI, Special Government Pleader for R1 and R2, the court made the following order:- This writ petition has been allowed by this Court on 02.08.2018, with a direction to the second respondent to comply with the directions issued by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.14085 of 2016, dated 28.09.2016, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the matter was, further, directed to be listed on 17.09.2018 under the caption 'for reporting compliance'. However, compliance was not reported on the said date and the matter was subsequently adjourned.

2. Today, ie., 24.10.2018, when the matter came up for hearing,
it is represented by the learned Counsel on either side that the orders of this Court has been complied with and permit has been transferred in the name of the petitioner. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition.
