The petitioner seeks to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2018 within a time frame.

2.Ms.Porkodikarnan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2018 is disposed of, in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.06.2018 in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, preferably on or before 10.11.2018, if there are no legal impediments. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
