This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.177 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in crime No.177 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent has been completed and the complaint has been closed on 19.04.2018 as 'Mistake of Fact' and report to that effect was also despatched to the jurisdictional Court, ie., learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate legal action in this matter.
