PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent herein to disburse the petitioner's full monthly pension on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 07.12.2017 in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P.No.10013 to 10014 of 2016 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner worked as a Secretary under the third respondent society. He had put in more than 34 years of service. He retired on 30.04.2011. The case of the petitioner is that he has been a member of EPF. He has given a representation dated 07.12.2017 seeking disbursement of his full monthly pension. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

came to be filed.

2.The second respondent is the competent authority to pass orders on the petitioner's entitlement. Hence, the second respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 07.12.2017 on merits in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
