ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the first respondent to appoint Mr.G.J.Mathuram Advocate as desired by the petitioner for conducting the prosecution in Spl.S.C.No. 14 of 2018, on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Trichy. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner sent a representation, dated 15.07.2022, seeking to appoint Mr.G.J.Mathuram Advocate as desired by the petitioner for conducting the prosecution in Spl.S.C.No. 14 of 2018, on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Trichy. Till now no action has been taken. Hence this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police is ready to consider the representation of the petitioner. 2/4

4.In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation, dated 15.07.2022 and take suitable action on merit and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
