ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner is running the petition mentioned Milk shop at the Periyar Bus Stand, Madurai. He is employing 15 persons in the said shop. The grievance of the petitioner is that he should be allowed to run the shop throughout the day. He alleges that the respondents are interfering with the functioning of the shop. G.O.Ms.No.61, Labour and Welfare and Skill Development (2) Department dated 02.06.2022 permits such establishments employing ten or more persons to keep open for 24x7 on all days of the year. Since the case of the petitioner comes within the purview of the aforesaid G.O, the respondents are restrained from interfering with the petitioner's running of the petition mentioned shop throughout the day.

3.The writ petition is allowed. No costs.
