ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the case in C.C.No.27 of 2004 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal, is settled out of Court. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
