ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 73 of 2021, dated 03.02.2021 on the file of the respondent police within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the enquiry in this Crime Number has already been conducted and the same was closed as mistake of fact. He would further submit that RC notice is also served on the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the contents of the final report, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
